About the Role
The Experience Team Service Desk Coordinator is responsible for creating an extraordinary experience for service guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests. This role also involves mentoring Future Professionals and collaborating with the Admissions Team to schedule tours for prospective students, while ensuring a smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom.
Responsibilities
- Act as a guest service mentor to Future Professionals.
- Work with the Admissions Team to schedule tours for prospective students.
- Follow all service desk systems to guide and support a smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom.
Requirements
- Successful previous sales experience.
- Experience with guest service.
- Self-motivated to set, meet, and exceed goals.
- Ability to inspire and inspect.
- Experience in positive and effective communication.
- Experience in customer service resolution.
- Experience in teamwork.
- Experience in beauty product sales.
- Full availability Monday - Friday.
- Solid work history with verifiable references.
