About the Role
CACI is seeking an experienced Management Analyst, Journeyman to support complex defense modeling and simulation programs. This role focuses on executing established processes and completing complex assignments independently under general supervision. The analyst will perform data collection, define methodologies, analyze workflows, and identify improvements to support national security missions. Your work will contribute to the U.S. and allies' ability to develop and apply models and simulations throughout the lifecycle of military and commercial technologies and systems, ensuring Warfighter readiness and future capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform data collection and gather/organize information on operational problems or procedures
- Define methodologies for data collection efforts supporting program analysis
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in local workflows
- Support the development and delivery of progress, status, and management reports
- Assist in the preparation of Technical Direction Management Plans (TDMPs)
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently
- Support program management activities including cost, schedule, and performance tracking
- Assist in quality assurance/quality control program implementation
- Support quarterly program reviews and action item tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in support of contract deliverables
- Participate in meetings and provide technical input to support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- 3 yrs of experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with Army or DoD modeling and simulation programs
- Familiarity Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience supporting C5ISR or DEVCOM programs
- Knowledge of Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) environments
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Experience with Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR) requirements
