About the Role
The E-Commerce Specialist joins the Corporate IT team to support B2B digital commerce operations. This role focuses on maintaining e-commerce platforms, managing Amazon Seller Central, optimizing performance marketing, and analyzing customer journeys to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day B2B e-commerce operations and maintain digital catalogues.
- Administer Amazon Seller Central account, monitor health, and resolve policy issues.
- Optimize Amazon product listings, keywords, and A+ content.
- Manage product onboarding across Amazon and B2B platforms.
- Maintain product page uniformity and perform HTML/CSS adjustments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and IT.
- Assist with SEO optimization and implement action plans.
- Develop and monitor Amazon Ads and conversion campaigns.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to improve UX and conversion rates.
- Connect marketing campaigns to GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations regarding marketing analytics.
- Monitor GA4 properties and maintain events via Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to identify trends and performance opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital commerce operations.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, or BigCommerce.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Basic SEO knowledge including on-page optimization and keyword research.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and formatting.
- Working knowledge of privacy regulations affecting marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage requirements elicitation with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in the London, Ontario office 4 days per week.
