About the Role
Join the Property Specialty team in London to support the development and marketing of reinsurance placements, manage client relationships, and lead technical analysis for reinsurance portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Support the Account Executive team in developing and marketing reinsurance placements.
- Lead presentations and analysis for clients and markets.
- Conduct technical reviews of reinsurance portfolios and treaties.
- Analyze data for market submissions and presentations.
- Resolve queries from clients and reinsurers through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Collaborate with placement brokers to structure, market, and place reinsurance treaties.
- Assist Account Executives in managing clients and securing new business.
- Adhere to the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and company policies.
- Participate in risk management and complete mandatory training.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the Property Retrocession and Catastrophe Excess of Loss market.
- Experience working with London-based and international clients.
- Strong reinsurance acumen regarding the structuring and placement of property treaties.
- Experience in a client-facing environment.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
