About the Role

Join the Aviation team in London to support reinsurance placements, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Account Executive team to market reinsurance placements.
  • Generate and review presentations and analysis for clients and markets.
  • Collect and analyze data for market submissions and presentations.
  • Resolve queries from clients and reinsurers by liaising with internal departments.
  • Support placement brokers in structuring, marketing, and placing reinsurance treaties.
  • Assist Account Executives in managing clients and securing new business mandates.
  • Adhere to the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and company policies.
  • Participate in risk management and complete mandatory training.
