About the Role

As a Junior Reinsurance Broker on the Marine, Energy, Composite & Construction (MECC) team, you will partner with the Account Executive team in marketing reinsurance placements, generating and reviewing presentations, and analyzing data for market submissions. You will also resolve queries from clients and reinsurers, support placement brokers in structuring and placing reinsurance treaties, and assist Account Executives in client management and new business acquisition. This role requires adherence to Aon UK Limited's Risk Management Framework and policies.

Responsibilities

Work in partnership with the Account Executive team in the marketing of reinsurance placements.
Generation and review of presentations and analysis for markets and clients.
Collection and analysis of data necessary for the preparation of market submissions and presentations.
Resolution of queries received from clients and reinsurers – liaising with colleagues within other departments as necessary.
Supporting placement brokers to structure, market and place reinsurance treaties.
Support Account Executives to manage clients and win new business mandates.
Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

Requirements
