About the Role

We are WESPRO, developing and realizing individual concepts for Retail Design, Commercial Spaces, Hospitality, and Interior Design from the initial idea through production to assembly, all under one roof. We are looking for a designer who thinks in spaces, not just in standard formats.

Responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts that will be built.
  • Accompany projects from the initial idea to final implementation.
  • Create complete sales areas, hotel concepts, showrooms, or brand worlds.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, production, and assembly teams.
  • See ideas become reality daily.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in the design field.
  • Spatial thinking and a good sense of design.
  • Interest in Retail Design, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  • Proactiveness and a desire to take on responsibility.
  • Enjoyment in implementing extraordinary projects within a team.

Skills

  • Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
