About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM) is an individual contributor role responsible for a specific territory or agency for the organization. The ESM is responsible for creating and executing on a Go To Market (GTM) plan for their patch in order to achieve their revenue targets. In addition to pipeline generation and closing business, the ESM has a wider responsibility to be a proactive voice in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Work with VP Sales to generate a GTM plan for their specific patch
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with their Agency (and the Agency’s prospective clients), helping to manage, analyze and grow the pipeline
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Qualify opportunities through open questioning and solidify the opportunity through multi stakeholder (strategic) selling
  • Partner with prospective customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Drive deals through the pipeline stages including commercial negotiation and closing techniques
  • Accurately forecast and input all activities into Hubspot
  • Hit annual revenue targets in line with the assigned patch
  • Proactively use Linkedin and other methods of networking to strengthen the voice of InfoSum in the market
  • Present on podcasts / at events
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

Requirements

  • Proven sales executive experience
  • Previous experience as a sales executive / sales manager
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of our products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
