About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be central to delivering to our hiring plans. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting — from intake to offer — for a range of teams, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience for candidates and stakeholders. You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and partner closely with hiring managers across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and stakeholders to define requirements through structured, insight-driven role briefs.
  • Craft compelling job briefs and align on candidate profiles and assessment criteria to attract the best talent for Dare.
  • Own 360° recruitment: strategic sourcing, outreach, screening, assessment coordination, interviewing, debriefs, offers.
  • Build and maintain strong, diverse pipelines using multiple channels.
  • Run an efficient process: conduct initial screening interviews and add structured feedback to our ATS, schedule interviews, keep candidates informed, and provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
  • Leverage our ATS, ensuring it's continuously updated with high-quality, compliant data.
  • Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time‑to‑hire, pipeline conversion, interview quality/feedback, candidate experience) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Proven in-house recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment ownership.
  • Ability to recruit across different areas of the business as we grow – Core Business, Finance, Business Operations, Trading, Power Risk & Operations, Technology and everything in between.
  • Strong stakeholder management and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (we use Team Tailor) and LinkedIn Recruiter. talent databases, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI to streamline sourcing and screening.
  • Ability to influence and coach stakeholders, driving high-bar hiring decisions.
  • Build trust with candidates and teams; communicate with clarity and discretion.
  • Use data to prioritise, report progress, and refine processes.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, escalate thoughtfully, and safeguard confidential information.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, problem‑solve proactively, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in a high-growth scale-up environment, ideally with exposure to financial services, trading or commodities.
