About the Role
Center State Propane is seeking a motivated leader to oversee propane equipment installation operations, including site inspections, proposal preparation, and team mentorship, while ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct residential and commercial equipment site inspections
- Prepare and deliver accurate equipment proposals to customers
- Maintain site inspection records, proposals, and documentation
- Track outstanding proposals and manage the installation pipeline
- Follow up on open proposals regularly
- Act as a technical resource for Customer Service Representatives
- Coordinate with office staff for efficient installation scheduling
- Oversee job sites to ensure quality, compliance, and issue resolution
- Supervise, mentor, and develop installation personnel
- Promote safe work practices and compliance with codes and specifications
- Foster a culture of professionalism and quality workmanship
- Collaborate with management to improve installation processes and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in propane, HVAC, plumbing, gas utility, or related installation management
- Knowledge of propane equipment, gas piping, regulators, tanks, and appliance installations
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation systems
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
