- Elevate relationships from transactional to strategic and performance-oriented.
- Navigate negotiations, incentive alignment, and contractual discussions.
- Balance partner collaboration with performance accountability.
- Build scalable mechanisms for SLA governance, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
- Design playbooks and SOPs that are built for automation-readiness and enable growth without operational fragility.
- Support new partner onboarding and network expansion strategy.
- Continuously improve the feedback loops between network performance and internal execution.
- Identify automation opportunities across network workflows and partner operations, and prioritize them by impact and feasibility.
- Partner with Product & Engineering to scope, build, and deploy tooling that reduces manual effort and improves SLA performance.
- Champion AI-assisted workflows across the function — from order operations to reporting to partner communications.
- Translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements.
- Build feedback loops that continuously surface inefficiencies and convert them into automation roadmap inputs.
