About the Role

Seeking a dedicated and reliable Labourer Operative to support responsive and planned maintenance services across social housing properties. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, carrying out minor repairs, and ensuring properties are safe, clean, and ready for residents.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in a labouring, maintenance, or similar role.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Confident communication with colleagues and residents.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • Ability to complete basic documentation and records accurately.
