About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Commercial Services unit, focusing initially on Title & Registration (T&R). This role involves owning product discovery, validating problems with customers, and driving a roadmap that delivers measurable outcomes within a regulated product area. You will report directly to the VP of Product, Commercial Services, and contribute to building a modern Product Operating Model.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem and drive discovery through continuous customer engagement, including interviews, ride-alongs, and data analysis.
• Frame customer and business problems with clarity and evidence.
• Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap grounded in measurable outcomes.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to shape viable solutions.
• Own the problem end-to-end, make tough prioritization calls, and document reasoning and outcomes.
• Partner with the technical lead and engineering team to create context and enable speed and confidence.
• Collaborate with the design lead to ensure user-centered solutions.
• Write outcome-oriented briefs and acceptance criteria, focusing on the 'why' and success metrics.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery synthesis, documentation, and delivery.
• Share product discovery and thinking approaches with peers.
• Develop an understanding of how T&R products drive revenue, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy by informing pricing, positioning, and launch readiness.
• Define and track success metrics linking customer outcomes to business performance.
• Serve as the internal expert on the product area.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment with a track record of owning outcomes.
• Experience leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional squad environment.
• Experience in regulated or complex-domain industries (e.g., automotive, fleet, payments, fintech, insurtech).
• Demonstrated record of learning new domains.
• Comfort working in and contributing to organizations evolving their product operating model.
• Active use of AI tools to enhance productivity in product work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and a bias toward evidence over opinion.
• Experience with vehicle titling, registration, tolling, fleet management, or rental car operations (Great to Have).
• Background working with large commercial or enterprise customers (Great to Have).
• Familiarity with product tooling such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, JIRA, or comparable platforms (Great to Have).
• Experience working with compliance, legal, or regulatory stakeholders in a multi-jurisdiction environment (Great to Have).
