About the Role

As a designer, you will craft fresh, delightful, people-centered experiences across web, mobile, email, social, and print. You will build cohesive, action-oriented campaigns, craft responsive websites and brands, and engage audiences with compelling visual storytelling. You’ll work on an interdisciplinary team of strategists, writers, analysts, web developers, creative directors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the visual design of a wide range of projects – including email and social campaigns, Direct Mail and Paid Media.
• Collaborate with writers, other designers and creative directors to iterate and evolve designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience minimum
• Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you.
• Teamwork and scrappiness required.
• Passion for progress. This includes comfort with ambiguity, a restlessness that resists the status quo, and a commitment to quality that ensures we’re always moving forward.
• Empathy, communication, respect, and the ability to act as a role model at Blue State
