About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of company internal system, including data & sales/costs entry.
- Maintain services toward customer's satisfaction & excellency through good communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners.
- Handle & coordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agents to ensure the shipment executed smoothly on a daily basis.
- Generate shipment Debit Note.
- Send pre-alert to overseas agents.
- Make shipment booking with airlines.
- Monitor & handle Air Export Custom declaration.
- Follow-up & update shipment information related to Air Export & Brokerage.
- Monthly Close Lot Air Export.
- Understand, apply and enforce all rules and regulations applicable to the job and compliant with all parties involved (TSA, KSMS, ACE, D/G as needed).
- Assist and support sales and customer service with free hand and routed shipments.
- Perform any other assignments from management as needed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant logistics experience.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills (verbal and written).
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments, other regional branches and offices, and all external contacts.
- Good organizational skills and ability to learn and retain information to build core industry-related skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
