About the Role

Responsibilities

• Independently manage residential properties, acting as the primary contact for clients, owners, tenants, and external asset management.
• Organize acceptance and handover of residential units, process defect reports, and handle insurance claims.
• Manage acceptance and handover of residential and commercial units, cost and budget-oriented property management, adherence to budget plans, and invoice review and approval.
• Control the awarding of external service and maintenance contracts, janitors, and facility management companies.
• Oversee maintenance, upkeep, and modernization measures in close collaboration with asset or technical management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain close communication with all internal departments.

Requirements

• Completed training as a real estate agent or real estate specialist, or comparable training or several years of professional experience as a property manager.
• Very good knowledge of rental law.
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented, confident demeanor.
• Strong social skills, teamwork ability, and organizational talent.
• Very good MS Office skills; DOMUS and Supream knowledge are advantageous.
