About the Role
Galderma is seeking a National Account Manager to join the Dermatological Skincare team in North Sydney. This role involves managing the relationship with a major Australian retailer, shaping strategy, and driving growth. It offers visibility, measurable results, and significant growth potential within a global dermatology leader.
Responsibilities
- Own the Woolworths relationship, leading customer activations and category strategy to drive profitable, year on year growth
- Lead annual Brand and Account Planning, owning customer forecasting and proposing ROI backed investment levels
- Negotiate trading terms and manage trade spend within agreed investment levels
- Report performance against account KPIs, including scan results, ex-factory tracking and Circana data
- Partner with Brand, Supply Chain and the Business Analyst team to land national campaigns and NPD launches at account level
- Monitor customer and wholesaler inventory, staying ahead of competitor activity to protect Woolworths shelf performance
Requirements
- 5+ years account management experience in FMCG ideally with major grocery customer exposure
- Proven P&L management at customer level
- Confidence working with Circana and IQVIA data
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build senior stakeholder relationships
