About the Role
Manage the delivery of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship programmes, ensuring quality assurance to required standards and supporting Skills Coaches.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and support Skills Coaches to deliver training and assessment confidently.
- Manage and develop the team towards agreed performance levels and standards.
- Ensure activities meet learner needs and maintain qualification quality assurance.
- Support the Head of Portfolio in curriculum and learning experience planning.
- Ensure resources and training materials enable apprentice success.
- Support Skills Coaches with at-risk learners and act as an escalation point.
- Produce IQA and observation feedback reports, identifying improvement areas and sourcing CPD.
- Guide Skills Coaches through Assessment Plan requirements and ensure portfolio compliance.
- Manage the relationship with the relevant Assessment Organisation, including attending meetings.
- Support the Hiring Manager in recruiting coaches.
- Assist with programme reviews.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship-related regulations, standards, and IQA processes.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship delivery and the role of Skills Coaches/Tutors.
- Knowledge of the L4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner standard.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Strong background in managing high-quality learning programmes.
- Excellent IT skills and relevant technical knowledge.
- Effective communication with people at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- Innovative approach with a drive for continuous quality improvement.
