About the Role
The Talent Specialist role serves as a career incubator for individuals looking to enter the talent space. You will focus on sourcing and pipeline development for G&A and specialized teams, with opportunities to evolve into Talent Partner, Talent Branding, or Talent Operations roles through mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Build top-of-funnel pipelines for G&A and specialized teams
- Identify and engage prospective candidates via LinkedIn, Gem, and other channels
- Communicate the company mission and values to convert passive candidates
- Maintain candidate data integrity within the Ashby ATS
- Track and report on personal conversion metrics
- Assist Talent Partners with scheduling and candidate coordination
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in a data-driven recruitment agency or staffing firm
- Persistence and goal-oriented mindset
- Coachability and desire for feedback
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work in the New York City office 4 days per week
