About the Role

The Talent Specialist role serves as a career incubator for individuals looking to enter the talent space. You will focus on sourcing and pipeline development for G&A and specialized teams, with opportunities to evolve into Talent Partner, Talent Branding, or Talent Operations roles through mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Build top-of-funnel pipelines for G&A and specialized teams
  • Identify and engage prospective candidates via LinkedIn, Gem, and other channels
  • Communicate the company mission and values to convert passive candidates
  • Maintain candidate data integrity within the Ashby ATS
  • Track and report on personal conversion metrics
  • Assist Talent Partners with scheduling and candidate coordination
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in a data-driven recruitment agency or staffing firm
  • Persistence and goal-oriented mindset
  • Coachability and desire for feedback
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work in the New York City office 4 days per week
