About the Role
As a Client Advisor, you play a key role in creating meaningful experiences that inspire our clients and drive the success of the boutique. Valentino brings dreams, emotions, and artistry to life through a human-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Master the Client Journey to create strong long-term client relationships.
- Proactively engage with existing and potential clientele.
- Deliver the Valentino Couture Service impeccably in all phases of the sales process.
- Actively engage in all actions to reach CRM targets.
- Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks.
- Consistently capture client data and qualitative information.
- Know your portfolio of customers, including VVICs and VICs.
- Consistently work to achieve given sales, KPIs, and CRM targets.
- Discover client needs and guide them across all brand categories.
- Curate looks, staying familiar with current fashion and seasonal trends.
- Develop strong product and fit knowledge through company trainings and employee fit sessions.
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences, organizing merchandise, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, seasonal trends, and special events.
- Assist with all sales and after-sales activities, including returns, repairs, and complaints.
- Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the sales floor.
- Know warehouse stock to restock shelves and maximize sales.
- Partner with the team to ensure seamless store operations and uphold presentation standards.
- Liaise with the Visual team to follow display guidelines and report relevant information.
- Understand company policies and procedures.
- Use the POS system to perform all client transactions.
- Actively participate in operational tasks, including shipping and receiving, when an Ops team member is not present.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with clientele-focused experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Exceptional clientele and customer relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills to operate retail POS systems and MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign languages are a plus.
- Action-oriented with a drive for results.
