About the Role
The Digital Product Manager will be the strategist and planner overseeing the development of a new digital product from inception to launch. This role involves understanding customer challenges and goals, collaborating with teams through discovery, ideation, design thinking, and iterative prototyping to create impactful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner within the Scrum team, creating, communicating, and prioritizing backlog items.
- Define the product goal in collaboration with the Director, translating it into backlog items.
- Gain stakeholder alignment and drive projects forward.
- Leverage market data to identify opportunities for digital product enhancement.
- Select initiatives that enhance existing solutions and services.
- Develop new solutions and services for assigned business units or projects.
- Develop product positioning and messaging to differentiate Livingston's offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitive environments to develop strategic plans.
- Conduct customer research to uncover new opportunities and product/service ideas.
- Manage the development of business cases for proposed initiatives.
- Develop go-to-market launch plans for new or enhanced services, products, or solutions.
- Influence cross-functional groups and drive activities across the organization.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and marketing teams to produce sales collateral.
- Analyze and report on relevant project metrics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience.
- Technical fluency with a background in building or maintaining digital products in an agile framework.
- B2B and B2C marketing knowledge with proven experience in positioning and messaging of services and solutions, collateral creation, pricing, integrated marketing and sales campaigns, lead generation, and new product launches.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Strong communication (oral & written) skills.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Advanced MS-Excel and design collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Figma) proficiency.
