About the Role
Simmons Adaptive is seeking a Transaction Management lawyer to support a key financial institution client for an initial 6-month term with a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Support one of our key financial institution clients.
- Structure and execute transactions.
- Work with LMA loan documentation.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer.
- Strong experience structuring and executing transactions.
- Significant LMA loan documentation experience.
- Experience working in the financial services sector is ideal.
- Problem solver with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workloads.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- Must hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
