About the Role

Simmons Adaptive is seeking junior debt capital markets lawyers interested in supporting a key client. This is a 6-month, full-time role with three days per week expected in the London office.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with 1-5 years of debt capital markets experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment.
  • Problem solver with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workloads.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
  • Must hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
