About the Role

Provide day-to-day commercially focused legal support across assigned workstreams, enabling the business to meet strategic priorities whilst appropriately managing risk through efficient and commercially practical decision-making. Work across EMEA and the UK, applying general commercial legal expertise, strong judgment, and commercial awareness to support business growth, manage legal risk, and deliver business-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver day-to-day legal support across assigned workstreams, providing practical, commercially focused advice to business stakeholders across a broad range of matters.

  • Partner with Senior Corporate Counsel and Director on more complex, strategic, or high-risk issues, contributing insight and supporting decision-making.
  • Partner with global legal stakeholders and manage external counsel engagement as required, including coordinating specialist support and ensuring alignment to business needs.
  • Maintain strong governance and operational discipline, including accurate contract management, matter tracking, and supporting the delivery of an efficient, scalable, and highly focused legal support model.

  • General commercial legal experience.
