About the Role

The Data Scientist will architect next-generation agentic systems to revolutionize how professional customers manage complex projects. This role involves developing autonomous AI capabilities using Conversational AI, RAG, and Multimodal AI to automate project configuration and provide real-time sourcing across a massive enterprise assortment. You will design reasoning paths for AI agents to understand 'Pro-speak' queries, extract intent from multimodal inputs, and manage complex state across omnichannel sessions, empowering Pro customers with a seamless, self-serve experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop algorithms and models to extract business insights from large datasets.
• Serve as a technical lead for analytics projects within large data analytics teams.
• Execute tasks with high levels of efficiency and quality.
• Select, utilize, and interpret advanced analytical methodologies.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical leaders and business partners.
• Present recommendations confidently to influence execution.
• Prepare reports, updates, and presentations on project progress.
• Incorporate business knowledge into solution approaches.
• Develop trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
• Determine project goals in collaboration with project teams and business partners.
• Seek knowledge on key developments in data science, technical skill sets, and data sources.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of data science and analytics by developing replicable solutions.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable algorithms for future use, ensuring code is documented.
