About the Role

This role is pivotal in pushing boundaries to ensure relevant and impactful product content for international markets, driven by data-led insights. You will excel in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful and timely seasonal product launches on sweatybetty.com, managing the product critical path and lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Buying, Planning, and Copy teams for accurate and consistent product data and description enrichment.
  • Partner with the shoot producer and retoucher to manage the flow of product content to the website, ensuring assets reflect key features and USPs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve shot packages based on user insight.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Ecommerce, and Studio stakeholders to launch trading and campaign initiatives onsite, maximizing product data for a flawless customer experience.
  • Analyze user journeys, specifically involving PDPs, and optimize product data and content based on shopping behaviors, voice of consumer, and returns insights using Contentsquare, GA4, and PowerBI.
  • Benchmark against competitors and introduce new ideas to improve the PDP customer experience and enhance product data in PIM.
  • Work with the CRO manager to plan the PDP A/B testing roadmap.
  • Act as a product expert for other teams and develop product knowledge through store visits and product walk-throughs.

Requirements

  • Advanced excel skills preferable.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Bynder, and Akeneo desirable.
  • An analytical and questioning mentality.
  • An exceptional eye for detail.
  • A commercial aptitude with the SB customer at the forefront of all product decisions.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads.
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
  • A dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
