About the Role
Create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and guiding them through their options using a consultative sales approach. Meet sales targets and earn commission with AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and services.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus and may include additional starting pay.
- Flexibility and openness to change are beneficial.

- $16.25 - $22.63 per hour plus $6,850 in annual commissions
