About the Role

The Client Services Coordinator, working within Global Digital Studio Operations EMEA, is responsible for efficiently supporting external and internal clients with their daily requests and business requirements. This role involves maintaining status reports to monitor and track metrics for client dashboards, requiring excellent customer focus, communication, prioritization, and calmness under pressure. A strong interest in new technologies is also desired.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Content Localisation Management (CLM) on material requests for programming teams.
  • Coordinate with the Content Operations Team on material status requests for programming and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the team and collaborate on specific projects to improve workflows.
  • Provide support to team management, including coaching, liaising with business stakeholders, and organizing budget approvals.
  • Work with project teams on UAT and workflows for WON CMS and relevant territories.
  • Manage various BOX folders and Distribution Lists, including uploading documents and granting user rights.
  • Assist in the end-to-end delivery of marketing materials and supplementary metadata to clients.
  • Provide support to business and operational departments in the use of Disney and 3rd Party systems.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Channel Management Systems (preferably WhatsOn), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with satellite teams.
  • Experience in TV Distribution/Post Production required.
  • Experience working with New Media clients and platforms.
  • Excellent administrative skills essential.
  • High level of computer literacy essential.
