About the Role
As part of Finastra’s AI COE, you will conceive, design, prototype, and test user experiences, collaborating with engineers to create simple yet effective customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements, customer needs, and technology constraints into user-centered design solutions.
- Define personas, create journey maps, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes for development hand-off.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback for iterative design improvements.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Champion a collaborative approach, offering multiple design options.
- Communicate design recommendations to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
Requirements
- Experience with LaserPro is advantageous.
- Experience designing UI interaction flow and interfaces for LLM-based applications.
- Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with UX/UI prototyping tools such as Axure and InVision.
- Aptitude, experience, and passion in user interface and interaction design.
- Demonstrated ability to work within technical, business, and time constraints.
- Capability to present and communicate recommendations and designs.
- Must be located in the posted location or immediate surrounding areas.
- Not residing in New York City or California.
