About the Role
Serve as a clinical resource and application knowledge expert for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) products, facilitating solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery to ensure a quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a clinical resource to customers, collaborating with field service, sales, and project management.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and customers.
- Understand customer goals and develop plans for clinical solutions implementation and usage.
- Deliver consultative and advanced clinical services focused on workflows and optimization.
- Manage the clinical aspects of implementations, including workflow assessment, education planning, configuration requirements, and equipment/application education.
- Support first customer use and encourage adoption of change.
- Optimize the use of complex monitoring solutions.
- Understand the clinical implications of technical implementations and troubleshoot problems.
- Travel approximately 90% across the district, with potential for overnight stays and national travel.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment.
- Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), Operating Room (OR), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and/or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) settings.
- Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications is preferred.
- Must be able to provide verification for current/active Registered Nurse license.
- Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) is preferred.
- Passionate about technology and education related to patient care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
- Able to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment.
- Able to work flexible hours based on business needs.
- Able to wear all required personal protective equipment.
- May be required to comply with vendor credentialing.
- Must reside in or within commuting distance to the Metro NYC area.
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment; sponsorship will not be provided.
