About the Role
As a Workday HCM Project Manager, you will be part of a team of advisory professionals delivering integrated, cloud-based HR solutions. You will help clients maximize their Workday investment through end-to-end management of Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations, focusing on project and stakeholder management, engagement financials, and delivery quality.
Responsibilities
- Managing Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations end-to-end
- Managing (senior) client stakeholders, engagement financials, and overall delivery quality
- Using processes, tools, and assets to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery on time and within budget
- Leading and coaching consultants
- Participating in (pre-)sales cycles for new and existing Workday clients
- Shaping solutions utilizing Workday's native AI and machine-learning capabilities
- Applying GenAI-enabled accelerators to speed up design, testing, and documentation
- Helping clients identify AI value in delivery processes
- Contributing to Accenture's library of AI-powered Workday assets and leading practices
Requirements
- Responsible end-to-end for managing the implementation of Workday (Phase 1 and/or Phase X)
- Experienced in Workday program and project management during at least 2 delivered engagements
- Responsible for stakeholder management, resource management, financial management, PMO, and quality management
- Ability to meet client travel requirements
- Ability to efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
- Meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
- Extensive experience in HR system and/or ERP implementation
