About the Role
The Interactive Team is responsible for bringing high energy and excitement to Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Marlies home games, creating lasting memories for fans through various engaging activities.
Responsibilities
- Bring excitement, passion, and enthusiasm to the arena through t-shirt tosses, chants, skits, and more.
- Rally and engage fans at home games and special events, uniting the crowd with an outgoing and engaging personality.
- Lead crowd cheers, distribute giveaways, and execute fun interactive games and activities.
- Set up, execute, and tear down intermission promotions and event-related equipment.
- Professionally represent the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Marlies, and MLSE.
- Provide friendly and informed responses to service-related issues and inquiries.
- Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies, including working in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Requirements
- Available to work at least 60% of Toronto Maple Leafs/Marlies home games.
- Must be flexible to work weekday shifts as early as 5:00 pm, as well as weekends/holidays both day and/or evening shifts until the end of the games.
- Must be comfortable in front of large crowds and being on camera.
