About the Role

As a General Service Technician, you will begin in an entry-level position focused on providing high-quality vehicle service and exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a comprehensive training program to gain certification and expertise in all company services, providing a foundation for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver accurate and timely guest care
• Provide clear communication and feedback regarding guest vehicles
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check and communicate oil levels to teammates
• Ensure proper tire inflation pressure
• Inspect and refill fluid levels
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install new oil drain plugs and oil filters
• Clean and lubricate fittings
• Document all work performed on repair orders
• Report safety issues immediately to management
• Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle care and operation
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Physically able to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
