About the Role
The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and standard work instructions. This role ensures products are built safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform Mechanical and electrical parts assembly
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, bills of materials and specifications
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and practices safe work habits
- Work both individually and in a diverse team environment
Requirements
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, bills of materials and specifications
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and practices safe work habits
- Work both individually and in a diverse team environment
- Able to routinely lift 40lbs/20kg and work in a production cell environment
- Aptitude to assemble complex equipment with a strong working knowledge of hand tools
- Own transportation
