About the Role
Great Gulf is seeking a motion-literate AI Content Creator to join our team in Toronto. This role involves transforming early development concepts and site imagery into cinematic content, such as aerial flythroughs, lifestyle sequences, and placemaking vignettes, for resort, hospitality, and high-rise residential projects. You will help leadership and marketing partners visualize future projects before construction begins.
Responsibilities
- Use generative AI tools to animate architectural renders into cinematic drone-style flythroughs, camera moves, and lifestyle sequences.
- Produce hero imagery, amenity vignettes, suite interiors, resort landscapes, and site/context visuals for marketing and sales programs.
- Generate short-form video content for social media, digital campaigns, investor presentations, and sales centre experiences.
- Leverage AI tools including Runway, Luma Dream Machine, Google Veo, Adobe Firefly, and emerging platforms.
- Assemble and finish content in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent, adding voiceover, captions, music, and on-screen text.
- Develop lifestyle narratives and visual sequences that capture the essence of a place.
- Translate master plans, architectural drawings, and design briefs into compelling visual content.
- Create mood boards, concept boards, and visual references to define project character.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to visualize concepts.
- Build polished presentation decks for leadership, sales launches, investor briefings, and partner presentations.
- Produce sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, digital campaign assets, signage, social content, and email campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Work directly with senior marketing, sales, and development leadership to understand project vision.
- Brief and QA output from external visualization studios and creative vendors.
- Share new tools, techniques, and platform developments with the team.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling ability.
- Direct experience using AI image-to-video platforms to produce finished content.
- Experience producing content for sales programs, marketing campaigns, or investor presentations.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI generation platforms: Runway Gen-4/4.5 (Motion Brush, camera controls), Luma Dream Machine Ray3, and/or Google Veo 3.1.
- Video assembly and finishing in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or equivalent.
- Ability to work from architectural renders, drawings, and site plans as input references.
- Strong eye for composition, light, camera motion, and what makes aerial/drone content feel premium.
- Presentation design – comfortable building decks in PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Basic understanding of social media formats and specs for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. International applicants without a valid work permit are not accepted.
