About the Role
The Information and Information Technology (I&IT) Division is seeking an Oracle Fusion Developer with a focus on HCM/HRIS to join their team. This role involves assisting in the design, development, and implementation of HCM/HRIS solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud, utilizing tools like Oracle Workflow, OIC, HDL, and FBDI. The developer will interface with stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, focusing on HCM/HRIS modules.
Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle Fusion application modules and execute end-to-end unit testing.
- Develop standard and custom solutions, integrations, reporting, conversions, migrations, and upgrades in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and HRIS.
- Partner with peer developers, analysts, and system administrators to diagnose and implement enhancements, projects, patches, and bug fixes.
- Work with functional SMEs and stakeholders in designing, data conversions, reports, and integrations.
- Maintain and improve AGCO’s business applications and conduct Technical Feasibility.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications.
- Walk through the system with testers to explain delivered functionality and changes.
- Partner with Quality and Support Team throughout the development process and respond to bugs and errors.
- Provide quality documentation throughout the project.
- Monitor and evaluate application performance, reliability, and security.
- Make recommendations for system improvements regarding performance, security, reliability, or stability.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years of experience in end-to-end implementations and/or support of Oracle Cloud Fusion / Oracle HCM / HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with Fusion Cloud modules and integration technologies (SOA and/or ICS).
- Experience with integration using web services / REST APIs.
- Oracle PL/SQL development experience and ability to write SQL queries.
- Proven experience in system troubleshooting and supporting end users/customers in a timely manner.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Subject to a criminal background check.

- $103,518 to $129,393
