About the Role

Redefine last-mile logistics through robotics, automation, and advanced technologies by owning the merchant success and growth strategy. This role focuses on ensuring merchants can reliably interact with robots, building operational mechanisms for onboarding and performance, and creating a feedback loop to product and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Own merchant adoption and performance KPIs for autonomy end-to-end.
  • Build and scale playbooks and operational mechanisms for merchant onboarding.
  • Partner with sales, account management, and field ops to recruit merchant cohorts.
  • Design experiments to test new merchant-facing features and handoff models.
  • Define merchant performance benchmarks and run accountability cadences.
  • Establish the feedback loop from the field to product and engineering.
  • Act as the voice of the merchant within the Labs team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Merchant/Partner Success, Product Operations, Business Strategy, or a closely related field.
  • Experience owning a partner-facing KPI end-to-end.
  • Proven ability to build operational mechanisms from scratch.
  • Comfortable spending time in the field with merchants and on-the-ground ops teams.
  • Ability to think in metrics, define KPIs, and instrument them.
  • Clear communication skills across diverse audiences.
