About the Role

Join the Credit Technology team within the Commercial and Investment Bank to deliver high-quality IT solutions for Credit Trading. You will work in an agile environment to design, develop, and troubleshoot software components, ensuring systems are secure, stable, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, performant pricing, trading, and risk systems.
• Align development efforts with the overall Credit Trading strategy.
• Collaborate across the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and handover.
• Interface pricing and analytic components in Python and Java with the QR team.
• Apply best practices in testing, code review, status reporting, and application resilience.

Requirements

• Strong analytical development skills and understanding of computer science fundamentals.
• Experience developing solutions for real-time, resilient, high-performance, risk, pricing, and eTrading systems.
• Proficiency in building and testing applications using Python.
• Ability to write tests, perform object modeling, and refactor code.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical design.
• Effective prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience building highly performant and resilient enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Java and relational database systems.
