About the Role
Meadow View Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our team, providing high-quality nursing and rehabilitation care in a supportive, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper medical management for each resident.
- Act as a liaison between physicians, hospitals, families, and medical personnel to ensure care plans are followed.
- Conduct daily resident visits to evaluate physical and emotional status.
- Direct day-to-day nursing activities in compliance with long-term care regulations.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure medication administration and treatments follow physician orders.
- Think independently and collaborate with the team to support resident well-being.
Requirements
- Compassion for working with geriatric patients.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems.
