About the Role

Lead the conversion strategy for prospects coming through veterinary, breeder, and shelter distribution channels, growing enrollments across these key audiences. This is a multichannel role spanning traditional and digital touchpoints, and you will own the end-to-end conversion experience from first contact to policy enrollment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end conversion experience and performance for prospects from veterinary, breeder, and shelter channels.
  • Define and test multichannel contact strategies across traditional and digital channels (email, SMS, handouts, phone) to grow response and enrollment rates from channel-sourced prospects.
  • Create compelling conversion communications across traditional and digital touchpoints – informed by user insight and tested in partnership with the Digital Communications and field teams.
  • Create campaigns targeting lead database segments to test messaging and promotional tactics that further lift response and enrollment rates.
  • Partner with field and marketing teams to understand lead initiation and partner roadmaps, working collaboratively to build conversion success.
  • Work closely with the UX and creative teams to optimize the on- and offline conversion experience for channel prospects.
  • Understand the phone experience and leverage insights to influence conversion.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate comprehensive communications testing plans and associated results.
  • Build an insight framework to ensure continuous user insight lies at the heart of conversion strategy.
  • Continued learning and evaluation of the customer experience and development of new and innovative messaging, working closely with our internal compliance team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant consumer marketing experience
  • Think creatively to create outstanding customer experiences

  • Leverage experience and curiosity to drive innovation
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change

Skills

  • Working knowledge of analytics and insight platforms (Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Qualtrics, Tableau, Survey Monkey)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Marketo or other email platform is highly desired

Salary/Compensations

  • USD 125000 - USD 145000 - yearly
