About the Role

As a Building Services Technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the building, all technical systems, and operational equipment on-site at our wholesale market.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational availability of all technical systems and guarantee operational safety.
• Organize and monitor the maintenance and repair of all technical systems, including plumbing, heating, air conditioning/refrigeration, high-voltage, safety technology, and building management systems.
• Resolve malfunctions and respond quickly to technical emergencies, including coordinating external specialist companies.
• Obtain quotes for smaller repairs and technical emergencies and coordinate the smooth execution of work by external specialist companies.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities.
• Act as the site's fire safety and security officer, appointed electrical specialist, and participate in on-call duty.
• Perform maintenance and repair of the building, all technical systems, and operational equipment.

Requirements

• Completed training in electrical engineering, such as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d), Electrician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in operating and controlling technical systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards (e.g., VDE, DGUV 3, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Willingness to support colleagues quickly and easily when needed.
