About the Role
The People Business Partner will provide strategic and tactical support to senior leaders within the GTM organization, lead company-wide initiatives, and contribute to cultivating an inclusive employee experience. This role has a significant impact on the company's growth and scaling efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of strategic and tactical support to business leaders.
- Partner with leaders to design and deliver talent planning activities, including identifying top talent, leadership development priorities, and succession plans.
- Proactively engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning, organizational design, and structure.
- Advise employees by taking a consultative approach to enhance working relationships, career goals, and contributions.
- Lead impactful, company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Act as an advocate for employees and a champion for the business.
- Mentor and develop junior teammates through shadowing, coaching, and proactive development opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time HR business partner experience in SaaS or other industries, working with leaders across all aspects of an organization.
- Strong understanding of human resources best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
- Impeccable judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- $95,000 - $143,000/year (OTE including bonus or commission)
