About the Role

As a Cash Supervisor (m/f/d), you will ensure the correct booking and settlement of goods issue. You will manage the checkout process, oversee cash handling and change control, and ensure accurate checkout reconciliation.

Requirements

• Leadership experience from a comparable position, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge as a cashier and familiarity with checkout processes.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for interacting with people and the retail sector.
• Reliable, conscientious, and responsible work ethic.
• Ability to remain calm during high customer traffic.
• Willingness to work a two-shift system.
