About the Role

We are looking for Friendly and High Energy Servers responsible for taking orders from and serving food to members and guests. This role involves order taking, point-of-sale system entry, ensuring proper table service, and collecting payments. Success requires a positive attitude, ability to work under pressure with staff, and previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders, provide service and requested items graciously and courteously.
• Effectively communicate menu selections and provide Best in Class service.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Engage with members/guests in a friendly manner.
• Ensure members/guests are enjoying their meals and take immediate action to correct any problems.
• Collect payments from tables.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
• Properly set up, serve, and break down table sections as assigned.
• Ensure work stations (cups, glasses, silverware, plates, tables, chairs) are clean.
• Clean and reset tables after members/guests have left, ensuring silverware and napkins are neatly in place.

Requirements

• A positive attitude is a must.
• Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
