About the Role
The Designer/Sales Specialist drives results through designing custom spaces and storage/organization solutions in-store, acting as a leader with excellent selling and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with customers to design customized plans professionally.
- Drives all available services with each customer interaction: In-Home Designing, In-Home Organizing, installation, financing, and loyalty.
- Focuses on closing sales efficiently to build repeat and referral business.
- Maintains clear communication with Managers and Support Center partners to complete projects and achieve sales goals.
- Leads the sales floor and performs other tasks in partnership with Managers.
- Stays current with company training, selling, product knowledge, promotions, processes, and philosophies.
- Actively leads and participates in the daily maintenance and visual presentation of the custom space area.
- Acts as a brand ambassador, driving and supporting company initiatives by modeling and coaching professional behaviors.
- Proficiently uses company tools and email.
- Learns, grows, and makes a difference in a fun and collaborative work environment.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting at $19.50 an hour, up to $22.50 an hour
