About the Role

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking CDL Drivers to safely and efficiently deliver materials to customer project sites. This role offers local routes, daily home time, competitive pay, and a supportive culture focused on safety and respect.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles, including up to 26’ trucks, in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Deliver materials to customer project sites on time, providing excellent customer service.
• Unload materials at delivery locations and verify deliveries against packing slips.
• Ensure deliveries are handled professionally and courteously, representing the company positively.
• Adhere to all driving regulations, including wearing a seatbelt.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
• Use proper lifting techniques.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes, and clothing.
• Attend and participate in all required meetings related to material delivery and company operations.
• Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
• Support company values in Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and being a Company of Choice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of consistent commercial driving experience.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of forklift operation and other equipment.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of building materials.
