About the Role

Join FSRA as a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Tester to lead the end-to-end testing process for a large-scale transformation powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will ensure modernized regulatory systems meet business needs, uphold compliance, and safeguard data integrity across insurance, mortgage, licensing, and supervision domains.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute UAT strategies, plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements
  • Lead UAT cycles across multiple workstreams including licensing, supervision, insurance, and mortgage
  • Facilitate testing sessions, manage feedback, resolve issues, and obtain stakeholder sign-off
  • Define entry/exit criteria and track progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Validate end-to-end processes, workflows, and rules in Dynamics 365 and Azure
  • Test complex scenarios including case management, regulatory workflows, compliance, and exceptions
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, policy, and operational requirements
  • Manage defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
  • Support CI/CD pipelines with automated testing
  • Validate role-based security and access controls
  • Build and maintain UAT dashboards and reporting using Azure DevOps and Power BI
  • Partner with SMEs, Product Owners, and technical teams to align testing with business goals
  • Translate requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Communicate UAT progress, risks, defects, and outcomes
  • Lead defect triage and support release decisions
  • Train and guide business users on UAT processes and tools
  • Validate data migration accuracy, completeness, and integrity across legacy and target systems
  • Perform reconciliation testing to ensure data quality and business continuity
  • Verify data transformation rules and mapping
  • Investigate and resolve data anomalies with technical teams
  • Validate end-to-end data flows and transactions across integrated systems
  • Test APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations
  • Ensure coverage of upstream and downstream impacts
  • Log, track, and prioritize defects
  • Collaborate with teams for root cause analysis and resolution
  • Conduct retesting and regression testing
  • Contribute to testing strategy, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support change management and business readiness activities
  • Participate in cutover planning, production validation, and hypercare support

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or business system testing
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Experience in regulatory domains such as insurance, financial services, or licensing systems
  • Experience testing business processes, workflows, and large system changes or upgrades

Salary/Compensations

  • $1,628.82 - $2,104.14 per week
