About the Role
Oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure customers experience AT&T's best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations, from merchandising and product launches to meeting sales objectives, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

Requirements
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
- The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Salary/Compensations
- $47,500 - $71,300
- $18,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met
