About the Role

As HR Manager, you will lead the people function across Robert Plumb Collective, partnering with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth, strengthen culture, and build organisational capability. This is a hands-on role that combines operational HR leadership with strategic workforce planning and organisational development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and strengthen organisational culture across the employee lifecycle.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide coaching to managers and directors.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning and identify talent needs.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
  • Oversee onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and remuneration reviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and modern awards.
  • Lead the evolution of the HR function by developing scalable systems and frameworks.
  • Build capability within the HR team.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience at a management level.
  • 6-10 years of broader HR experience.
  • Proven experience leading employee relations and performance management.
  • Must have Australian working rights.
