About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will integrate customer service, sales, and marketing skills to support our mission while leasing apartment homes to interested customers. You will manage your own success by attaining leasing goals and building rapport with customers and residents. Driven, service-minded individuals who enjoy selling a product they believe in will excel in this position.

Responsibilities

• Lease the community
• Market the community
• Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention
• Maintain general office organization
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Sales and customer service experience
• Able to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required
• Able to establish and effective working relationships
• Able to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere
• Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than “home” property
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities
• Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and common areas while conducting tours and assisting residents and prospective residents.
• Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• Work is performed in both office and outdoor environments with frequent customer interaction.
